Bob Richards - Evangineer - Program Lead

I'm Bob Richards, an evangineer... I persuade people to share enthusiasm for beliefs and ideas... the leading WOWspeaker for seeking change... to design a life. We lead persons through the model of Interested... Committed... Obsessed.

My specialty is reaching strategic goals with people, partners, and technology.

As a serial entrepreneur, I've founded three companies over the past 50 years: a corporate communication company, an animation/video production studio, and a knowledge management firm.

In the non-profit sector in Ohio and Kentucky I've led county-wide workforce development programs, adult education reorganization and board governance.

My method is through a business analysis framework balancing four resources: physical, financial, intellectual, and human.

I focus on 1. Leadership approaches, 2. Integration architecture, 3. Technology enablers, and 4. Knowledge Management Practices.

I offer a business model canvas that allows you to describe and think through the business model of your organization and your competitors.

Your business model canvas becomes a shared language that allows you to easily describe and create new strategic alternatives. These building blocks cover: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and Cost Structures.

The initial design starts with mapping a target value exchange plan or 'TVEP' to understand the activities and exchange flow required to deliver the value proposition, the links between each partner, and therefore the responsibilities of the various organizations.
I seek contract assignments to change teambuilding in organizations and lead career development for job seekers.

Some types of strategic doing projects:
1. Organizational Change
2. Commercialization
3. Career Ecosystem Framework

Workforce Ecosystem Orchestration Framework

A workforce ecosystem is a structure that encompasses actors, from within the organization and beyond, working to create value for an organization. Within the ecosystem, actors work toward individual and collective goals with interdependencies and complementarities among the participants... It's a research-driven orchestration framework for leading complex, interconnected workforces.

I help CFOs explore what workforce ecosystems are and how to navigate their unique challenges and opportunities.

Within their business culture I build a framework that:

  • takes advantage of their increasing relevance as the world becomes more interconnected and technology-enabled;

  • refine business strategies to incorporate them;

  • focus leadership, management practices, and technologies to leverage them; and

  • traverse the ethical, societal, and public policy considerations of workforce ecosystems.

My career working with open innovation organizations has provided me with the tools to achieve success.

Since 1998 RICHCO Venture Management has collaborated with communities to build a robust workforce development strategy that champions STEM and technology. Bob Richards led strategic initiatives in NKY to advance student engagement.
